St. Tammany Fire District 3 responded to several accidents as a result of slow traffic during the removal of an 18 wheeler involved in an accident early that morning. The vehicle pictured rear ended an 18 wheeler while in stop-and-go traffic. Two individuals were transported to area hospitals with minor injuries.
